Bree Morena de Santos
Bree Ana Morena de Santos, MBA, Ed.D is the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Harmonix Technologies, Inc. and offers extensive experience working with Government Agencies, Educational Institutions and Non-Profit Organizations. Bree is the liaison officer, between all sectors of partnership entities, legal and accounting and oversees all contracts. Bree has extensive knowledge working in special programs and procurement and will be focusing her attention on EdTech Client Relationship consultancy. In 2023, Ms. Morena de Santos founded Educators Consulting Services an organization specializing in bridging the gap between curriculum advisory, policy advocacy and funding procurement. By doing so, Bree has partnered with Vigilant Maintenance and the Spartan Kids Foundation to offer grant-funded services to New Mexico School Districts, Educators and Students, with 3 year projected funding sources to support such efforts.
Immanuel Keller
Immanuel is a partner of the Harmonix Engineering Group Division. With over 20 years of technical experience, his primary focus is Quality Assurance, Design Engineering and Tier 3 Engineering Implementation. Immanuel works directly with the Founder and Senior Network Architect of Harmonix Technologies on existing and new emerging solutions.
Saul Villalobos
Saul is the Field Tech Supervisor and Service Manager overseeing the Vigilant Maintenance Division. Saul began his journey with Harmonix Technologies right out of college and his specialization is in technical drafting and documentation.
Joshua J. Baeza
Joshua manages the Technical Field Team as a Senior Member of the Implementation & Technical Sales Teams, formerly Direct I.T. Leader for a School District and a Team Supervisor for 10 years.
John R. Pesata
John currently oversees our Vigilant Maintenance Division, focusing on Customer Relations and Help Desk Technical Support Supervision.
Jason Goodman
Jason is a Navy Veteran and Graduate from the University of New Mexico in Economics. Jason is dedicated to connecting his clients to real solutions as a member of the Solutions Team.

David has been a trusted partner and Board Treasurer since 2005. David is an expert accountant and business consultant.

Colonel Raphael Warren (ret) has over 25 years of military and civilian Information technology experience and credentials. He holds the highest levels of security clearances and is nationally recognized for his expertise in Cyber Security and the development of Cyber Security teams. He is a driving force in the development of technology and talent to meet today’s Cyber security challenges.
